Non-household electricity prices for low consumption users in the EU 2022, by country
For non-household users with an annual consumption of less than 2,000 megawatt-hours, electricity prices in 2022 were highest in Romania, at 29.6 euro cents per kilowatt-hour. This was followed by Italy and Cyprus, where the average price was slightly less, at 29.25 and 28.17 euro cents per kilowatt-hour, respectively. Throughout the rest of the European Union, non-household electricity prices were cheapest France and Finland.
