According to a survey conducted among nearly 31 thousand students in the United Kingdom in 2019, the most important factors influencing how happy they are in their student housing are the location, the option to live in the property for more than one year, and the number of bedrooms. A little over one third of respondents (37 percent) chose cost. On the other hand, in terms of factors influencing the choice of property, good value for money proved to be the most important.
