Most common site search solutions in e-commerce companies 2020

An October 2020 survey of e-commerce decision makers in Europe and North America revealed that only 16 percent of global e-commerce companies developed their site search in-house. More than 50 percent of the businesses surveyed used a third-party service provider for their site search, the most common solution by far.
