Global art dealers' sales by medium and sector 2021

A 2021 survey analyzed the art dealers' sales value, breaking it down by medium and sector. Based on the study, paintings, works on paper, and sculptures represented most dealers' revenue, regardless of the market. Such mediums were especially predominant for dealers operating in the secondary market, accounting for roughly ninety percent of the total value of transactions.
