Top challenges the metaverse can help solve according to marketers in the U.S. 2022
According to a survey conducted between August and September 2022 among marketers in the United States who are professionally aware of the metaverse, 68 percent of respondents believed metaverse experiences could help address challenges related to brand awareness and visibility. This was followed by 59 percent of respondents citing customer engagement and loyalty, while the creation of new products and categories completed the top three with 55 percent.
