Production in the African region has increased between 2020 and 2021. South Africa experienced a fall of around nine percent of its 2020 production volume in 2021 while Morocco contributed around 64,700 light commercial vehicles to Africa's light commercial vehicle production, a year-on-year rise of close to 87 percent.
