OTT TV & video revenue in Latin America 2022-2027, by type

It was forecast that the revenue of the over-the-top (OTT) TV and video sector in Latin America would increase by about 66 percent between 2022 and 2027. But the projection varies from segment to segment. The revenue generated by advertising-video-on-demand (AVoD) services in the region was forecast to nearly double in the five-year period, surpassing 3.5 billion U.S. dollars by 2027. Meanwhile, the revenue of the subscription video-on-demand (SVoD) segment was projected to experience a growth of 59 percent between 2022 and 2027, when it would surpass 9.6 billion dollars.
