Italy: women's New Year' resolutions 2016
This statistic shows some goals that featured among the New Year's resolutions for 2016 of Italian women aged between 18 and 64. Fitness and nutrition habits were the most popular ones: nearly half of the respondents declared that they had set themselves the goal of following a healthy and balanced diet, while 38 percent of respondents had been interested in losing weight and maintaining it throughout 2016. Only one in ten women had not set themselves any New Year's resolution.
