This statistic shows a ranking of the leading European cosmetic markets from 2014 to 2017, by market value. The European leader was Germany with a total market value of more than 13.5 billion euros in 2017. The same year the French cosmetics market represented a value of roughly 11.3 billion euros, followed closely by the British cosmetics market with a value of 11.1 billion euros.
