This statistic shows the average household purchase volume per person per week of non-carcass meat and meat products in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2006 to 2021/22, by product. The volume of all non-carcass meat and meat products purchased per person has overall decreased in the period under consideration. However, the lowest consumption figures were seen in 2015 and recent years have seen somewhat of a reversal of the downward trend.
Pate and delicatessen type sausage have seen no large increase during the last 15 years, with 13 grams purchased per person per week in 2006 and 14 grams in 2021/22.
